The location and stunning ocean views were fantastic, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the pool was uncomfortably cold, and the restaurant food didn’t match the price point. Room cleanliness could also be improved, but overall, it was a decent experience.

Unfortunately, the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, leading to a noisy, dusty environment throughout the day. The WiFi connection struggled immensely, making it nearly impossible to use any services from the room, and even cell phone reception felt weak, which was quite frustrating.

We had an awesome time staying here with friends! The pool was perfect for chilling after our adventures. We played golf at Las Hadas Golf Course and loved exploring nature at Natura Camp. Don't miss catching the area shuttle to find more exciting spots nearby!

The only downside was the wait time at the front desk during check-in, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey.

It was just a great match for strolling in Manzanillo with all in all brilliant value for money. The Quadruple Room was spacious enough for my needs, making it comfortable during my stay. Make sure to bring your own snacks since the dining options were limited.
